Space Planning & Design
From concept to installation-ready planning, we create functional, customer-focused optical spaces that combine efficient use of space, commercial thinking and a strong visual identity.
Based on the client’s architectural drawings* and completed questionnaire, we define the concept and layout, strategically place our catalogue furniture and displays, and plan dedicated areas such as reception, waiting, kids’ and back-office areas.
Sales and merchandising are an integral part of our planning process. We carefully consider the customer journey and overall flow through the store, ensuring that eyewear collections are positioned strategically according to visibility, accessibility, product category and sales potential. The layout is designed to guide customers naturally through the space while creating opportunities for product discovery and interaction.
We also coordinate flooring, wall and ceiling concepts. Where required, we provide recommendations for complementary furniture and lighting as part of the overall design concept.
We prepare detailed 3D visualisations to show the proposed design
A non-refundable design deposit is required at the start of each project. It covers the concept, layout, high-quality 3D visualisations, and up to three design iterations. Depending on the size and complexity of the shop, the deposit ranges from 800,00 € to 2.000,00 €.
*Our planning is based on the architectural drawings provided by the client. Any modifications required due to inaccurate dimensions or discrepancies between the drawings and actual site conditions may incur an additional fee.
Production
After design approval, we prepare the documentation and begin production (3–8 weeks).
During the process, we provide all necessary information for space preparation.
Implementation
Delivery worldwide.
Products come with assembly instructions.
Assembly service is available throughout Croatia.
If construction work is finished and the space is ready for assembly, the entire optical shop can be installed within 1 working day.
